About us

Our approach intentionally focuses on giving a personalised service to part time residents in Puerto Aventuras, therefore

we do not service properties that are intended to be full time short-term rentals or time sharing apartments

However, friends, family, and trusted renters may be allowed to utilise our concierge services only with an owners prior consent. Contacts may be added to an approved list to establish the level of access each contact has regarding the property and our services

We are able to accommodate English, Spanish, and French speaking owners, allowing communication to be done in the clients preferred language

We operate exclusively in Puerto Aventuras
